  8. This video hardware test program is designed to help us know more
  9. about Microsoft BASIC Professional Development System 7.00's
  10. compatibility with your video adapter, monitor, and computer system.
  11. Please run this on as many machines running DOS Version 2.11 or later
  12. as you have conveniently available to you.
  13.  
  14. This test is quick and to-the-point, producing a unique data file
  15. that can be sent back to Microsoft on the same floppy disk it was
  16. sent to you on. If you currently subscribe to Microsoft OnLine, you
  17. may also send the data file(s) to us through a Service Request under
  18. the Microsoft BASIC Compiler product name.

  20. Simply type "VIDTEST" at the Drive A prompt and you will be prompted
  21. for the rest of the information.
